utah 61

A quick, last minute trip to Colorado, finding myself sidetracked in Utah, and packing a whole lifetime into three glorious, if not cold and wet and snowy, days.
This is the place I lay my heart on the sand, the place that smells of holy sage, the place I always return to. It's the place where the present, the past, and the prehistoric collide and become one, blowing in on the storms. The phenomenon leaves me in awe, my arms stretched to the sky, beckoning the gods to rain down on me, to drench me in the wonder of life.
May you enjoy the earth's secrets, mysteries, wildness, and weather as much as I do.

This weekend, chase your dreams.

    1. If only that license plate could talk, right? I'd love to hear of its adventures. I'm already missing the snow. Here in Albuquerque we are anticipating 90 degree temps by tomorrow. Yuck. At least you have the rain! Enjoy! And maybe we should all wear feathers in our hair and pray for rain! xoxo
