under the utah sky

Bone collecting, rimrock wandering, rabbit hunting, (Pinto, that is), and an awesome cowboy dinner with a bottle of wine on the mesa.
If only these days could last forever.

  1. That area is so neat. I think you feel about that land the way I feel about Taos.
I hope to someday see this place for myself. This special corner of the world that brings you such joy.
Lawd, that jaw bone! I'm still trying to figure out what prehistoric beast it belonged to!
And I'm swooning over the prickly pear bloom!!!

    1. The jawbone....I believe it's from a cow. A really big cow. The rest of the bones were not far away.
The place....someday I'll live there and you'll come visit. xx

    1. I left the jaw bone out there, but now I am tempted to grab it when I get back to my mesa....unless something even bigger makes off with it! And a big Happy Birthday to the adorable Megan!
