reconnect with nature....snow like diamonds

More precious than diamonds....
After a record-breaking 42 days without precipitation, it finally snowed in the Rio Grande valley. The previous record of 41 days was set back in the winter of 1927-1928.
Linking up with Chrisy down under at living a good north coast life and sharing a little of the natural world around us.

  1. Beautiful!

We have only 14-15" of snow on the ground now. In spite of flooding when we lost 25" of snow to heavy rains in December, the pond is low.

    1. Wow! I would love to see even 14 inches of snow here! Can't complain though, this drought was getting scary and any snow is a welcome sight!
