    1. Coyote. We see coyotes from time to time when we run the dogs on the west mesa.

  3. So here l am on a Friday night, beer in hand sitting down to enjoy your blog. :)
Lots to catch up on, and this one is a beauty! Awesome find Julie.
Hope you are well, and thanks for checking in earlier. All is well here, but the last week was CRAZY (in a really good, but exhausting way).

    1. Well, it's about time you sat back with a beer, woman! :)
This guy was an awesome find....I actually felt a little guilty when I picked this up. Such a gift from the mesa to me, even after all my grumbling about New Mexico!

Glad all is well over there. xx

  4. What an interesting find. We also get coyotes in our area - lots of them. Will you keep the skull?

    1. I know what you mean, the cycle of life and death. It can be sad, but I do respect the life this coyote lived, and am thankful a part of him came into my life.
Have a good weekend and be well yourself.
